Questions
Notifications don’t arrive. What can I do?
- Check Settings → Notifications → Dawnia and make sure notifications are on.
- If a Focus (Sleep, Do Not Disturb) is on, add Dawnia to its allowed apps.
- In Dawnia, Settings → “Messengers on the road” shows how many notifications are planned.
How do I back up my data or move it to a new phone?
In Dawnia, Settings → Export saves all your records as one JSON file (Files, AirDrop, email…). On the new phone, use Settings → Import. Your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) also includes the app’s data.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your records live only on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them too. We recommend exporting first.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Dawnia, then pick “Today’s road” or “Tasks”. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen → Customize.
What can I do with Siri?
- “What’s left today in Dawnia?”
- “I took Omega-3 in Dawnia” (say the medication’s name)
- “I did Walk in Dawnia” (say the habit’s name)
- “Add a task in Dawnia”: Siri asks what to add and understands times like “tomorrow 2pm”.
How do “as needed” medications and stock tracking work?
Turn on “As needed” when adding a medication: there is no time or reminder, and you log it with “Took it now”. With stock tracking, enter how many you have; every “Taken” counts down, and when it runs low you get a morning reminder and can add “Buy a new box” to your tasks.
If I change a medication’s time, does my history change?
No. The change is saved as a new rule starting today; past days keep showing the old plan.
How do I change the language?
Dawnia follows your iPhone’s language (Turkish or English). To change only Dawnia’s language, go to Settings → Dawnia → Language on your iPhone.
Does Dawnia give medical advice?
No. Dawnia organizes your personal records and reminds you; it calculates no doses and suggests no diagnosis or treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about your medication.
